How can I redeem a gift card?

In the cart, you will be able to insert a code that you can find on your gift card.

I cannot redeem my gift card. What should I do?

Please double check that you have entered the correct code. If you redeem your voucher on the last day of its validity, it may have expired at a certain time. Please contact us and we will be happy to extend your gift card or find out where the problem is.

Each gift card can only be used once, if you have not used the full value in one order, please contact us. We will issue a new gift card for the remaining amount for your next order.

Can I redeem several gift cards at once?

With each order you can only redeem one gift card. If you have received two or more gift cards let us know. We will gladly merge them for you.

Can I have my gift card validity extended?

We will gladly extend the validity of a gift card for you, let us know.
