1. Scope and purpose of personal data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• design and production of tailored photo products,
• processing and sending the order,
• handling complaints,
• answer questions from email, phone calls, and social networks
• targeted offer of our goods and services,
• marketing events.

1.1 When you contact us through the website or place an order on our website, we may ask you to fill in your personal or company information to enter into and fulfill the contract. Such data may in particular be:

• name and surname,
• email address,
• address,
• business name,
• identification number and tax identification number,
• photographs, images and descriptions for the production of photographic products.

Personal data is processed in order to fulfill the contract.

If you purchase from us, we will store your information (especially name and surname, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address) for use on the next purchase, so that you do not have to re-enter it. At the same time we will store your purchased and unfinished products in your user profile, thanks to which you can create a new order faster.

If you create a password-protected customer account on our website or use a customer account set up by us, we also process the personal information you provide to us through your account, including your purchase history, a list of interactions with our sites; namely for the purpose of managing the customer account, creating a list of ordered and unfinished products for further purchase, for the purpose of sending offers of our goods and for user support and detection of possible errors in order processing.

You can also use Instagram and Facebook to access your customer account. In this case, you will not have to fill in some of your information manually and we will collect your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, profile photo) from the social networks, which is necessary to properly create your customer account.

1.2 In the event that you purchased goods from us, your name, email address and telephone number can additionally be used as a part of commercial communications, ie. to inform you about products or services that we provide and that in our opinion, you may be interested in according the category of goods you have purchased from us. You can unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time by link in emails or by sending a message to info@squared.one.

If you fill out a satisfaction questionnaire after the purchase, we will associate it with your order data and process the data you provide in order to improve the quality of our services. Completing the questionnaire is voluntary.

Providing personal data for the purposes of the contract and the provision of personal data for the purposes of answering the questions raised by you or your required information are our contractual requirements, and the failure may be due to non-completion of contracts or failure to reply to the questions raised by you.

1.3 If you give us your consent to do so on the website, we will also process the personal information you provide, including your purchase history, for the following purposes:

• conducting marketing analyzes and statistics, including profiling;
• sending commercial communications concerning the goods and services of the manager and the goods and services of its partners to your e-mail, taking into account your purchases, preferences, or otherwise adapted to select the goods and services best suited to your needs;
• use of personal information that will be transmitted to us by Instagram and Facebook if you log in via these social networks, to the extent according to your settings, for the above purposes.

This consent is voluntary and its provision will not impose any legislation. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to withdrawal.

1.4 Cookies are small text files containing short data that can be stored on a user's device when you visit a website. We use cookies on our website to:

• remembering the logged in user,
• adding to cart and ordering,
• comfortable web functions,
• evaluating user movement across the web,
• customer chat,
• obtaining voluntary feedback from users,
• personalize ads.

All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner and are required only adequate, relevant and necessary information in relation to the purpose of processing. We store your personal information securely and do not sell it to third parties. We use quality third-party tools to offer you the best customized content. These tools process some of your personal data solely for the purpose of producing and sending orders, delivering consignments, addressing them or improving the quality of our services. These are the following services:

2. Who has access to your personal data

We will process your personal information as an administrator. We may pass your personal data to our subcontractors for the purposes described above for processing. Personal data may be transmitted to:

• suppliers of photo products,
• delivery and parcel services of your choice in the order,
• processors who provide us with server, web, cloud, telephone or IT services, or who are our business partners,
• external accountant or external law firm.

3. Processing time of personal data

3.1. We will process your personal data for as long as we provide you with our services or perform a mutual agreement, or for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations under applicable law, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Act or the Tax Act. VAT.

3.2. After fulfillment of the contract (payment of the price and delivery of goods) we further process your personal data due to our legitimate interests, which is the protection of our claims, for the necessary period of time, but not longer than 4 years.

3.3. We will process personal information regarding your customer account, including the data contained therein, for the purpose of managing the customer account and sending offers of our goods until you cancel it. However, if you set up a customer account (or sign in to it via Instagram or Facebook) and do not make a purchase with us, we will process the data for 5 months after its establishment. We keep your purchase information in your customer account for 4 years, after which we will delete it, unless:

• you have bought from us in the last 6 months; or
• you have logged in to your customer account in the last 12 months; or
• if you have given us permission under point 1.3.

3.4. We will process personal data that we process based on your consent under point 1.3 until you withdraw your consent. To withdraw your consent, just send an e-mail with the relevant request to info@squared.one.

3.5. In addition, you may refuse to process your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications at any time and this will not affect our other relations. Simply refuse to send further messages by clicking on the link in the commercial message sent, or you can send us an e-mail with the appropriate request to info@squared.one.

4. Your rights arising from the processing of personal data

In relation to that implemented our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

• the right of access to personal data,
• right to repair,
• right of erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• the right to limit the processing of data,
• the right to object to processing,
• the right to file a complaint about the processing of personal data.

You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority it is Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz).

The right of access means that you can ask for our confirmation at any time whether or not the personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are made available, for how long whether you have the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing or object to where we obtained your personal data and whether your personal data is being processed automatically, including any profiling. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, with the first provision being free of charge, and for the subsequent provision, we may request a reasonable reimbursement of administrative costs.

The right to repair means that you may at any time ask us to correct or complete your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to erasure means that we must delete your personal data if (i) it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing, or (iv) imposes a legal obligation on us.

The right to limit the means of having unresolved issues in disputes concerning the processing of personal data, the restriction of the limitations on the processing of personal data which have such limits only on stored and possible negative data, enforcement or defense of legislation.

The right to object means that you may object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or for legitimate interests. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
